Weight loss shakes have been added to a number of diet programs. Leave it to the Jenny Craig’s of the world to see a marketing opportunity to make an extra buck. Let’s be clear. The problem is NOT the diet companies that make HUGE sums from promises of quick belly fat weight loss. No, it’s us who so desperately want to lose weight and can’t seem to do it. That’s the reason why weight loss surgery is gaining in popularity. Some of us, no matter how much we diet, simply have bodies that are so efficient that everything we eat seems to get stored.

But the noise around the weight loss industry makes this difficult situation even worse. Weight loss is a multi-billion dollar industry and despite what most companies say, they don’t really care if you lose weight, only that you keep paying them. A good example are the Ensure(c) brand nutrition shake. Anyone that has reached the point that sugery was done, needs to understand that protein is critical to health.

Good protein, such as Unjury(c) brand or Pro-Energy, can deliver usable protein at a much more affordable cost than most of what you can find at the supermarket or vitamin store. The complaint from most people has always been taste. Thing is, these 2 brands taste great. So much so that you don’t even need to mix a weight loss shake but simply sprinkle the unflavored on other food you eat. Believe me, you won’t even know it’s there.

Try it.
