INGREDIENTS
12 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
4 turkey bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons finely shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1T sugar-free honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard and pepper. Stuff into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 2 dozen.

1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Additional minced fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks. Add the crab, mayonnaise, onion, celery, green pepper, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Pipe or spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with additional parsley. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 2 dozen.
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3T finely chopped green pepper
1T lemon juice
1 1/2t minced fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2t chili powder
1/2t salt
1/8t pepper
Combine ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds or until heated through. Serve warm.
1c fat-free refried beans
1t horseradish
1t prepared mustard
1/2t chopped pimento
Onion powder to taste
lowfat milk, enough to get good consistency
Mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
4c Fat-Free refried beans
3-4 Anaheim chiles (jalapenos will also work)
1c low fat cheddar cheese
1 lg tomato
1 clove garlic
1t salt
Directions:
Heat refried beans in a pan over low heat. Add cheese. Put remaining ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Add to bean mixture and cook 15 minutes.
