Any lose weight diet program that includes a disclaimer like the one above is saying that your weight loss will probably be less. Does this mean that the plans are programs don't work? The answer is yes and no. Yes, a weight loss plan will work if you find one that's effective for you and stay with it. Simply buying into the weight loss plans won't get one town off your frame.
