Fact is however, the store bought yogurt may say it's fermented milk etc. but due to the need for high speed processing, the good nutrients of a low fat yogurt come in a poor second over profits. A better name for this product is dairy dessert considering the high sugar and processed fruit. Sure it's low fat but what about all the other ingredients. You'd be better off making your own yogurt and flavoring it with fresh fruits. Everyone likes soup but the amount of sodium or salt in this stuff is nothing short of astonishing. Canned soup has degraded a lot since you were a kid. I remember Campbell's chicken noodle soup when I was a kid having vegetables and chunks of real chicken. Now, it's simply a mess. And about that sodium, consider some of the more popular processed and canned soups have as much as 1,000 milligrams of salt which is almost ½ the typical daily allowance. The facts are that food processors will use a product like green tea to tout it's healthy benefits than destroy those same benefits to make a buck. Don't be fooled. It's a lot like the health club industry selling fast weight loss exercise claiming it's FAST, EASY or FUN. Rarely is something that needs to be done on at least a semi-regular basis considered FUN after a few times.
